张德粹，农业经济学家、农业教育家，毕生从事农业经济学科的科学研究和教学工作，对农业合作和农产品运销造诣尤深，是我国农业经济学奠基人之一，他编写出版的农业经济学专著、研究报告、学术论文共达８００多万字。后期以台湾为背景，深入研究台糖及其他农产品的合理价格等问题，对台湾农业的持续稳定发展有重大贡献。
