关于经济地理学的研究对象和任务,多年来一直是各国经济地理学者探讨的一个理论问题。国外学者认为,经济地理学主要研究包括生产、交换、消费的广义的经济活动,这种研究是在地区基础上或以一定的地区为单位而进行的;不仅研究经济活动的分布,而且联系到经济的空间结构;在联系有关因素时,把地理环境摆在重要地位,着重探讨经济活动和地理环境的关系。
由于环境信息在可验证性方面存在一定问题,偏远的地理位置可能会导致企业管理层在环境信息披露方面的机会主义行为,而股东的监督则可以减少这种机会主义行为的发生。选取2009 ~ 2016年我国制造业上市公司为样本,以监管距离为切入点,探索地理位置、股东监督对环境信息披露的影响。研究结果表明,随着监管距离的增加,国有企业的环境信息披露总量明显下降,非国有企业则相反。而在股东监督较强时,国有企业上述机会主义...
