日本式企业体制作为日本式经济体制的有机组成部分，在现代日本经济的运行与发展中占有重要地位，发挥着重要作用。鉴于现代日本经济的运行与发展曾经取得良好业绩，学界早已开始对日本式企业体制给予关注，并就日本式企业体制的本质特征提出了多种颇具影响的论说，其中最具影响的，就是所谓“经营者控制论”。本文拟依据现代日本企业体制中法人产权高度控制的多层面事实，对这一“经营者控制论”提出质疑。
