文章以2008 ~ 2011年间发生的18起本土会计师事务所合并案例为研究样本，以非标准审计意见和财务重述作为审计质量的替代指标，从审计质量角度考察事务所合并的经济后果，并进一步研究了事务所合并方式对审计质量的具体影响。研究发现：事务所合并后其审计质量整体上没有显著变化，但进一步从事务所合并方式来看，由于吸收合并方式实现了更好的资源整合，合并后审计质量显著提升，而在新设合并下审计质量无显著变化。
以国资委下属236家上市公司2011 ~ 2015年的数据为依据，研究社会责任、信任与资源配置效率之间的关系，特别关注信任在社会责任与资源配置效率之间的中介效应。研究结果表明：总体来看国资委下属上市公司资源配置效率不高，在控制公司财务状况后，社会责任水平越高的区域资源配置效率也越高；反之，社会责任水平越低的区域资源配置效率则越低。进一步引入区域信任变量，发现信任变量在社会责任与资源配置效率之间具有...
