从应用角度对CIMA“管理会计师基本工具”进行简要概括，并结合2016年12月财政部发布的22项管理会计应用指引进行分析比较，指出我国管理会计应用指引需要改进的地方，有助于我国管理会计应用指引体系的建立，加快管理会计的应用进程，支持企业经营的持续成功。
